Exchange and Return Policy

We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
Please return the goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
Refund requests will be processed within 10-15 days after receiving the returned products.
All returns should be sent to our consumer return department

Important: Pickup Service Is Available For Karachi Customer Only. Karachi Customers Have To Follow Till Step 2 And Call Us For A Pickup. We Charge Rs.250 For This Pick Up Service.
